Sea urchins are found in several varieties, where Edible sea urchins and Green sea urchins are the most common in Denmark. The spikes have different lengths and some sea urchins go on their spikes. Regular sea urchins are symmetrical with a well-developed dental apparatus. The sea urchin has orange / yellow and red genitals that are edible and considered a delicacy in some countries.
