White butterfly is also called Large Cabbage Butterfly and is very common in Denmark. At the beach you find it in the dunes, where it can be in large number on the same place. Large Cabbage Butterfly is a large, powerful butterfly with dark body, white wings and yellowish underside. It has a large, black patch on the rim of the embankment. The female also has two black spots in the middle of the front wing. It has a special love for the flowers of the magazines.
